Donor,staff,normal player chat above head

here is an idea for the chat that show above a player's head:

What if each of the different type's of player's in the server had a different colored chat above yours/their player's
character in the server/in-game?

For Example:

Staff members= red.

Normal player's= yellow.

and

Donor's= green?


So please comment back, and tell me what each of you think about the idea.
